Summary

A homeowner noticed some garage lights weren't working and called us to track down the issue. They wanted a clear answer and a solution that wouldn't need a second visit.

The Work

Inspected the main panel and tested circuits for irregularities
Checked devices and outlets for signs of faults or damage
Identified a single outlet that was causing the lighting outage
Replaced the faulty outlet to restore full function

The Outcome

Garage lighting was restored without the need for unnecessary repairs. The homeowner received a written estimate for any future work, and now has a reliable setup moving forward.
